Under the direction of former chief conductor Hartmut Haenchen, the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra plays Bruckner's mighty Seventh Symphony. The orchestra also plays music by Wagner and a commissioned work by the Austrian composer Thomas Larcher.

Lorenzo Viotti is appointed chief conductor of the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra, the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra is led by artistic leader Gordan Nicolić.
