Bring your yoga mat or meditation cushion, take off your shoes, bring your drink into the hall and immerse yourself in Immersive Percussion. The Netherlands Philharmonic Percussion Ensemble will take you on a musical journey through beautiful minimal and ambient music by composers such as Philip Glass, Steve Reich and rising star Elliot Cole. We promise nothing but good vibes.
The NedPhO-Koepel, the home base of the Netherlands Philharmonic in Amsterdam-Oost, will be transformed into a serene concert hall for Immersive Percussion, with minimal colourful lighting and a starry sky, a setting in which you can completely relax. The ensemble will play on islands in the middle of the hall and you are free to sit, lie down or stand wherever you want. Take a seat on our beach chairs or fat boys, or bring something yourself. We want you to feel good.
