This season, soprano Inna Demenkova makes her debut at Theater an der Wien as Berenice in L’occasione fa il ladro, returns to Bühnen Bern as the Countess Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro, and performs in the Festive Holiday Concert with the Netherlands Philharmonic.

She will also make her Metropolitan Opera debut.
In the 2024/25 season, she debuted at the Glyndebourne Festival as Fiorilla in Il turco in Italia , sang Verdi’s Requiem with the Netherlands Philharmonic under Lorenzo Viotti, appeared as Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro at Palm Beach Opera, and returned to Dutch National Opera as Ksenia in Boris Godunov .
Other highlights include Lauretta and Suor Genovieffa in Il trittico (Dutch National Opera) and Juliette in Roméo et Juliette (Bühnen Bern). A graduate of the Dutch National Opera Studio, Inna is a Third Prize winner of both the José Carreras Grand Prix and the Queen Sonja International Competition, marking her as one of today’s most promising lyric sopranos.
