The choir was formed when boys from the Netherlands Boys’ Choir moved on after their voices broke and joined forces with singers from the Netherlands Children’s Choir to create a new chamber choir. With fresh energy, they have since been performing the finest choral works, from Bach to the Beatles. Whatever they sing, they give it their all. They adapt nimbly to the sonic world of the music and the project conductor in question. For instance, Sigvards Klava awakened a new depth in the young voices, perfectly suited to the world of Rachmaninoff, and the choir moved audiences with their transparent and staged performance of the St John Passion .
