Olga Caceanova

Olga Caceanova was born in Chisinau, Moldova, and studied violin with Donald Weilerstein at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston.

She also studied with Antonina Kazarina at the St. Petersburg Conservatory. With the Chamber Orchestra Kremlin, she toured the U.S. and Europe. She played with the Berliner Philharmoniker, Dresdner Philharmonie and Hamburger Symphoniker, among others.

A passionate player of chamber music, Olga has collaborated with Bruno Canino, Donald Weilerstein, Roger Tapping, Günther Albers, The Brentano String Quartet, Pierre Amoyal, composer Philippe Hersant, Anthony Marwood, Robert Levid and David Dubal, among others. As of season 2020-2021, Olga will be part of the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra.
