We think it is very important that classical music is as accessible as possible, especially for special education. We are happy to discuss with you and your school what specifically is needed for your school to participate in one of our projects.

Special education
We offer performances in the NedPhO Dome, with modifications for your students as needed. For more information, see the pages: Muk and the Orchestra and Welcome to the Orchestra: the Eredivisie . Our building, the NedPhO Dome, is wheelchair accessible and has a disabled toilet. We can arrange the concert hall flexibly so that there are good places for (electric) wheelchairs. At the concerts an interpreter 'Dutch with supporting gestures' can be used for children with hearing, speech and language problems.
We also offer a performance that can be played at school: Lief, liever, liefst . A performance with five musicians, who play beautiful music by heart. In this performance there is minimal speech, so that it is accessible to as many children as possible.
We have experience with:
Cluster 1: blind, visually impaired students
Cluster 2: deaf, hard of hearing pupils or with a language-speech development disorder
Cluster 3: physically disabled and/or mentally disabled and long-term sick children (somatic)
Cluster 4: children with mental disorders and behavioral problems
Pupils from Practical Education are also very welcome.
